Booking your Invygo car is easy and convenient, done entirely online through our app or website!
Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to book your car:
- Download the Invygo App or Visit Our Website: Find the Invygo app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Create Your Account/Log In: Register using your valid KSA mobile phone number. You will receive a verification code.
- Select Your City: Choose your current city within KSA (e.g., Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam).
- Browse Cars & Plans:Explore the available cars. You can filter by:
- Rental Plan: Monthly, Weekly, or Subscribe-to-Own.
- Car Type: Sedan, SUV, etc.
- Brand and Model.
- Choose Your Car & Review Terms: Select your desired car and carefully review the rental terms, monthly/weekly price, mileage allowance, and insurance details.
- Upload Documents:You will be prompted to upload clear copies of the required documents (these vary for Saudi Nationals and Residents):
- For Saudi Nationals: Valid National ID and valid KSA Driving License.
- For Residents (Non-Saudis): Valid Iqama and valid KSA Driving License. Ensure your Absher account is active.
- Complete Payment: Make the payment securely within the app or on the website using a Mada card or a valid credit/debit card.
- Confirmation & Pick-up/Delivery: The app will show you the pick-up location for the car before you confirm the payment. Once your booking is confirmed and documents are verified, your car will be ready for pick-up at the specified location or delivered to your address (depending on the service chosen).
Important Reminders:
- All our cars are provided through approved suppliers in Saudi Arabia.
- You cannot book a car by directly visiting a branch; all bookings must be made through the Invygo app or website.
- Ensure you complete the entire booking process online so everything is confirmed before you go to the pick-up location.
