- Open the Invygo app and go to the Home Page.
- Select "Maintenance & Repairs."
- Click "View All" to access additional options.
- Choose "Other Car-Related Issue."
- In the request details, write "External Authorization" and include the country name where you intend to use the vehicle.
- Submit the request.
- The supplier will review the request and provide confirmation based on their policies and the destination country.
For Customers Without a Booking:
- If there is no active booking, Invygo cannot confirm whether a supplier will provide external authorization.
- External authorization availability remains supplier-dependent, and a booking is required to submit a request.
